Sad, I know - but...

Isn't it amazing how music can evoke such strong memories. For example, on as I left home this morning I was listening to S&M, more specifically No Leaf Clover and it took me back unbelievably clearly to driving up Dominion Road with it cranking out my stereo, probably destroying the speakers even more after the beating they had got from every other time I had been driving with that group of mates up and down that wonderful road.

And then, to get myself psyched about Monday's DVD release, I was listening to the Revenge of the Sith soundtrack and it came to the music that is playing when all the Jedi get killed, and I got that lump in my throat. Sad I know, but still - man I love music. There isn't anything else that can evoke memories and emotions like that.

Very cool.

Yeah i fully know what you're saying. Thismorning i was cleaning the house and i turned on Garage Inc and cranked up Astronomy while doing the dusting. I hadnt listened to it in ages, and in complete honesty, the memories that i associate with the song, do nothing to make me like that song now. It isnt really that good.

Its kinda funny cos i can remember myself thinking it was the coolest song ever while cruising from Urenui to New Plymouth. Now....with another 5 or so years behind me, i cant honestly see the redeeming features in it at all.

HEY!!!!
